Arthur Ataie founded Source Code in 1992.
Prior to that, he was a professor at the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology. He also worked at MKS Instruments and Tang Industries, Inc., both cutting-edge science and engineering firms.
His specialties include business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and program management, as well as hardware technology and product development.
Ataie holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
With a background in financial planning, acquisitions and debt financing, Pam is an experienced financial professional who joined Source Code in 2018 as chief financial officer (CFO).
Piasecki previously was CFO of MCMC LLC. She was promoted to CFO at CareWorks, its parent company, where she oversaw integration of financials for over $300 million dollars in revenue.
Piasecki holds a B.S. in accounting from Stonehill College in Easton, MA.
Frank Vincentelli is a veteran industry professional who has served as the chief technology officer since joining Source Code since 1999.
He has over 40 years of experience in virtualization, cloud computing, and disaster recovery. Vincentelli also founded and ran his own IT consulting firm Technet Sistemas from 1992 to 1996.
Vincentelli holds a B.S. in computer science from Venezuela.
Eric Sindelar was named executive vice president of Source Code in 2021.
Prior to joining Source Code, he was the vice president of operations and advanced technology development for Supermicro. Eric spent 13 years at Intel starting as an engineer and eventually becoming a senior manager for worldwide pricing. He was focused on microprocessors, servers, storage, edge, and IoT. He also worked at VA Linux Systems as a business development/product marketer and at Motorola.
Sindelar received a BSCEE ’93 and MSEE ’94 in computer engineering from Purdue University.
Dave Lebov manages Source Code’s sales team for high-performance computing, servers, storage, and edge computing.
Lebov joined Source Code in 2001 through the acquisition of Microsmart, a custom computer systems integrator. He started at Microsmart in 1986 and worked his way up to becoming president and chief executive officer in 1991.
Lebov studied economics at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY.
Shahin Khan is CMO and board member at SourceCode. He is a technology executive and industry analyst focused on emerging technologies and the applications, markets, and policies that shape them. He is founding partner of Silicon Valley consultancy OrionX, known for its trusted counsel on product and market strategy to high-tech startups as well as Fortune-100 companies.
Khan served as CMO at Afero (IoT), Avni (multi-cloud), DriveScale (composable infrastructure), and senior executive roles at Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
Eva Cherry was named vice president of human resources at Source Code in 2018.
Cherry served as president and chief executive officer of high-performance computing leader Silicon Mechanics from 2008 to 2018, when it was acquired by Source Code. She was also a senior manager at Deloitte in Seattle and Johannesburg.
Cherry has an M.B.A. from the University of Witwatersrand and a degree in science and engineering from the Technical University in Plovdiv.
Brian Corn brings over 20 years of experience in start-ups, business intelligence, server design, datacenters, and cloud technology to Source Code.
Corn founded Skyline Microsystems in 1995 and served as president prior to joining Source Code as senior vice president in 2002.
Corn holds a degree in business administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.
Parag Shah joined Source Code in 2019, through the acquisition of Comark, as chief operating officer (COO) and chief technology officer (CTO) of edge computing.
Shah joined Comark in 2013, then became the vice president of engineering, then COO and CTO for Comark. He also served as vice president of engineering for Civiq, a Comark spinoff focused on smart cities.
Shah has an M.S. in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Colin Broadberry joined Source Code in 2019 through the acquisition of Broadberry Data Systems and was promoted to vice president of Source Code in Europe in 2020.
Broadberry Data Systems specialized in the manufacture and supply of servers, storage, and high-end workstations.
He founded Broadberry Data Systems in 1989 and acted as managing director. He built Broadberry Data Systems with clients including Amazon, Google, and CERN in Europe.
Rob Canzanello is a mergers and acquisitions professional with experience in cloud computing, information technology, and managed services.
Canzanello joined Source Code in 2008. Previously, he founded Asys Technology Group in 1998 and served as the chief executive officer. He served as president of C&B Computer Services from 1988 to 1998.
Canzanello holds degrees in computer electronics and business administration from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
David Grieve joined Source Code in 1996 as an assembly technician and worked his way up until he was promoted to vice president of operations for the server business in 2018.
Along the way, he worked in customer support then became the top salesperson at Source Code. He was sales manager until Source Code acquired Skyline Micro Systems and, because of his operations background, he was sent on site in Columbus Ohio to run that operation.
With over 35 years of experience in software developer, project manager, operations manager, and chief operating officer (COO) roles, Nasser Khadjenoori is an experienced professional who joined Source Code in 2002.
Previously, Khadjenoori was director of information services at Allegiance Telecom and was COO of Integrated IT before being promoted to vice president of strategic projects of Source Code.
Khadjenoori holds a computer technology engineering degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and an M.B.A. from Phoenix University.
Vivek Sharma was named Vice President of Supply Chain at Source Code in 2022.
Prior to joining Source Code, he worked for Intel Semiconductor for over 26 years. Vivek has led global, cross-functional groups and managed P&L targets across diverse functional areas including engineering, long-range demand forecasting, capacity planning, and product pricing.
Vivek has a Masters’ Degree in Computer Engineering. He has also completed the “Green Power Initiatives” Workshop from Stanford University (2007) and IoT -Business Implications & Opportunities from MIT Sloan Executive Program (2020).
