Trade Agreements Act (TAA)

TAA refers to the Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. & 2501-2581).

TAA requires that the U.S. Government acquire products that are produced or  undergo a “substantial transformation” within the United States or a designated country.

TAA compliant products make it possible for U.S. government agencies and educational institutions to do business with a USA based company like Sourcecode. Federal procurement contracts that require TAA compliance include General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule contracts, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and most Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.

SourceCode’s solutions, specifically the major components, are designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and supported in the United States from US and international components. We are confident our Hardware systems meet and exceed the TAA standards outlined above.

It is SourceCode’s responsibility to control and make sure that all products we include in our Hardware are U.S. made or designated from approved countries. We have a strong quality control department that continues to check the origin of components and parts of our products.

For any further inquiries about SourceCode’s TAA Compliance, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
